- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 50g Hognuts Waffa Thin Mint cashew almond butter
- 30g raw cacao
- 20g coconut flour
- 10g coconut sugar
- 50g unsweetened apple puree
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50ml almond milk
In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the Hognuts butter. Once combined, put the Waffa Thin Mint in the middle of the batter, then microwave for 2 1/2 minutes. Leave to cool, then flip over and eat!
