Gluten-free Chocolate Protein Lava Cake Recipe

A lot of people considering living a healthier lifestyle tend to believe all they’ll be eating will be boring veg, quinoa & grapes. Thankfully, this isn’t the case when you try this gorgeous Lava Cake recipe with Hognuts Butters. Gooey, creamy, full of protein and low in sugar, this recipe hits every spot!




In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the Hognuts butter. Once combined, put the Waffa Thin Mint in the middle of the batter, then microwave for 2 1/2 minutes. Leave to cool, then flip over and eat!
