At Hognuts we’re all about doing MORE with nut butter, whether this be adding in biscuit pieces to our Rocky Road peanut butter or smashing meringues into our White Chocolate Pavlova butters, we love making nut butter better!
And that’s exactly what Beki (a.k.a) MissWheezy did with our chocolate salted caramel peanut butter. With this as her foundation, she made gorgeous high-protein peanut butter cookies with only three ingredients! Fewer ingredients gives you the option of making regular small batches rather than one big bake, as well as much less cleaning up of course!

- 1-cup Hognuts Chocolate Salted Caramel Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- Mix all the ingredients together, and spoon onto a baking tray.
- Cook at 180 degrees for 10minutes or until golden brown. They may come out seeming a little under-baked, but that’s good! The soft bits will go chewy and the outsides will harden up perfectly!
