Healthy White Choc Blackberry Protein Hearts

These super easy, healthy protein bites are the perfect sweet treat for on-the-go fitness fanatics. Made with our White Chocolate Pavlova peanut butter, these nibbles are low in sugar and low in saturated fat so that even after consuming three in a row there’s no guilt and no tummy upset! Ingredients to make 8:

  • 120g Hognuts White Chocolate Pavlova Peanut Butter
  • 80g Coconut Oil
  • 100g Whey Protein powder
  • 30g Sweetener
  • 40g Coconut Flour
  • Approx 50ml Almond Milk
  • 8 large Blackberries


  1. Mix together all the dry ingredients in a bowl
  2. Heat together the coconut oil and peanut butter for about 20 seconds in the microwave then pour onto the dry ingredients
  3. Gently add the milk a little bit at a time, you want to achieve a thick ‘fudge’ like consistency
  4. Pour into silicone moulds, top with blackberries then pop in the freezer for 15 minutes. Remove and munch 🙂
